Dr. Mohammad U.H. Joardder is currently working as a Professor in Mechanical Engineering from Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET), Bangladesh. He received his PhD degree from Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Australia in 2016. His research interests include bio-transport, innovative food drying, modelling of novel food processing, food microstructure, and renewable energy. Moreover, his research focuses on applying state-of-the-art computational methods to multiphysics-multiscale transport phenomena and the deformation of porous biomaterials. He has authored 04 popular books with Springer-Nature and CRC Press, three book chapters, and more than 40 peer-reviewed journal publications. Most of his journal articles are in highly ranked journals .His total citations is 2366 and the h index is 26 in google scholar. I have authored three popular books with Springer-Nature on the arena of food drying and quality. He is a regular reviewer of several high-ranked journals of prominent publishers including Nature, Springer, Elsevier, Wiley, and Taylor and Francis.
