Assistant Professor
Faria Afrin Zinia studies transit equity and sustainable transport planning. After graduating from the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) in Bangladesh, she has been serving RUET since 2017. She is currently on study leave and pursuing her Masters in City and Metropolitan Planning with a specialization in Smart Growth, Land Use, Transportation, and Accessibility at the University of Utah. Her research interest includes transportation accessibility, land use- transportation interaction, and the application of data science and spatial analytics in sustainable transportation planning.
